Technically, it is possible to get all important nutrients with a balanced vegan diet. However, an exception to this is vitamin B12. Supplements with active forms of B12 are especially suitable as they can directly be used by the body. These active forms include methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. Our product contains methylcobalamin.

The calcium comes from marine algae (quality raw material AquaminTM), the iodine comes from sea algae, and the vitamin D3 (quality raw material VitashineTM) from lichen. Please take note of other multivitamin products as many contain a lot of artificial additives and synthetic vitamins & minerals. We can happily confirm that ours is free from any!
