A NATURAL AID:
The Maca plant is also known as Peruvian ginseng. It has grown in the Andes mountains of Peru for the past 3,000 years.
Maca contains a relatively high protein content at 14% and contains almost all essential amino acids in bioavailable form. The maca root contains various vitamins, especially B vitamins and vitamin C.
In addition, Maca contains important minerals (calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, iodine, manganese, zinc, copper & sodium) and antioxidants.
Healthy: The lack of pesticides and fertilizers enables plants to achieve their actual nutritional value of vitamins and antioxidants. Research has shown that organic products have far more phytochemicals than non-organically grown products. Sustainable: Organic farming contributes to preserving the natural ecosystem without chemical contamination and promoting greater biodiversity. In addition, soil and water are less contaminated by chemicals - an important contribution to our future.
