A HEALTHIER WAY TO GET YOUR CAFFEINE
We developed our green tea and guarana capsules as a natural alternative to coffee, coffee tablets, energy drinks or pre workout boosters. To meet this goal, we chose green tea and guarana, two of the best natural sources of caffeine. Both extracts are from controlled organic farming and are standardized to 12% (Green tea) and 8-9% (Guarana) caffeine. This guarantees 133 mg caffeine per daily dosage (a cup of coffee contains between 60 and 100 mg caffeine), but also valuable phytonutrients. Among these are polyphenols, which causes a slower caffeine release, creating a long-lasting energy plateau. For this reason, our green tea extract is also standardized to 25% polyphenols.

- Constant fatigue, stress and lack of concentration are a common phenomenon in the modern world. Coffee or energy drinks are the obvious solution for most people, but they are usually loaded with sugar or artificial sweeteners and can even cause acid reflux. GOOD TO KNOW
- It's best to take our product early in the day, preferably together with breakfast. Due to it's long lasting energy-enhancing effect, it should not be taken later in the day, as it can disrupt your sleeping cycle.
- Caffeine is a stimulant to the central nervous system and regular consumption of caffeine may cause physical dependence.
- Guarana seeds have the highest caffeine content of any known plant.
