NUTRIENT INSURANCE FOR THE VEGAN DIET
Many multi-nutrient products use inexpensive raw materials such as calcium carbonate, iron sulphate or zinc oxide, which have poor bioavailability and tolerability. Our Vegan Essentials makes this easy by providing the nine most critical micronutrients, as well as vitamin A and bioactive folate for people with bioactive folate for those with limited ability to convert the plant-based precursors.
The daily serving is two capsules. To optimise the absorption of vitamin B12, we recommend taking the two capsules with different meals.
